Noticeable: There is minimum requirements is 40% i.e. 48 marks out of 120 (total marks), if any candidate obtained less than 40% i.e. 48 marks than he is not qualify for final selection. In 2020 JEn exam about negative marking notification of syllabus is silent. So, can't say until board clarify.
