Part-1 "RPSC AEn-2013 Interview preparation blog"

Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) invited online application for Assistant Engineer's 329 posts in Rajasthan Government's various departments in March,2013. Vacancy distribution as :

Prelims exam conducted on July, 25th,2013 and its result declared on March,03,2014. Mains exam conducted between May,28-31,2014 and its result declared on December, 24,2014. No. of candidates qualified for interview are as :
Whose interview started from December, 02,2015 & continuing nowadays.

RPSC follows almost UPSC pattern for written examination & Interview . So, preparation for RPSC examination & Interview is almost similar to UPSC.

Answer - sir, we can rise water level by constructing/making dams, jihad, pond  & other traditional methods.

Answer - Sir, we can connect Alwar & near about area by canal network of Haryana, which is already available upto Revari, Bawal etc.

Q. - In Sariska tiger century area, there are what kind of water supply , from where & how?
Answer - Mainly from Ground water resources & Rain water storage.

Q. - If you are an Assistant Engineer of PHED in that area how you provide water supply in that particular area other than above methods?
Answer - Sir, we can store & conserve rain water by making more ponds, anicut, Johad etc.

Q. If there are restriction to making such things than what you do?
Answer - Sir, we can provide water supply them by other substitute.

Q. What's?
Answer -  Sir, we can develop PHED water supply pipe line network as permanent solution and water supply by tankers till completion of pipe line water supply.

Q. - You have knowledge of illegal Mining in Aravali range?
Answer - yes.

Q. - Lets assume that you are a administrator I.e. RAS officer in that area. What you do, so illegal mining not happens?
Answer - Sir, we can aware the local people & Minners for not doing illegal mining and take license from Govt for mining.

Q. - Ohh! This is not possible because Rajasthan High Court fully banned all kind mining activities in Aravali mountains range. So, suggest other options?
Answer - Sir, we can take legel action against persons which involve in mining activities, fine them.

Q. - Other than this what's you do?
Answer - Sir, we can suggest other measures as substitute I.e. brick for minned material like stone.

Q. - In Alwar there is a famous lake?
Answer - yes.

Q. - Names?
Answer - Silisedh.

Q. - What is the reason behind continues decrease in catchment area of Silisedh lake?
Answer - Unnauthorized ancrochment I.e. Atikraman.

Q. - If you are an Engineer what to you do prevent such thing?
Answer - Spreading the  awareness in  the local people about hazards of this & property loss. Doing such necessary action, so such activities no happen.

Q. - You listen about Medha Patkar?
Answer - yes.

Q. - Who is Medha Patkar & why famous?
Answer - Sir, medha Patkar is an environmental activist. She is famous regarding Sardar Sarovar dam.

Q. - What is her demands & what she want?
Answer - Medha Patkar wants there is no further increment in Sardar Sarovar dam height. If dam height further increases than catchment area spreading I.e. cause for lot of peoples displacement, loss of bread & butter.

Q. Are you against or in favour of Medha Patkar?
Answer - Upto certain extent i support Medha Patkar.

Q. - Why?
Answer  - I wants development but no compromise with affected people's life. You can develop or construct dam but before construction must provide them alternative for residence & livelihood.

Q.- Is there any such problem in Sariska Tiger Century project?
Answer - Yes. But Rajasthan Govt & local adminstration has aware about this problem.

Q. -  You have knowledge of Bisalpur Jaipur Water supply project?
Answer - Yes.

Q. Bisalpur dam is constructed on which river?
Answer - No. But Saini sir tells himself I.e. Banas river near Deoli in Tonk district,

Q. - From where Banas river originated?
Answer - No, but  Saini sir tells himself i.e. The Banas originates in the Khamnor Hills of the Aravalli Range, about 5 km from Kumbhalgarh in Rajsamband district.

Q. - From where it ends or meets in other river?
Answer - No,
but Saini sir tells himself I.e. meets the Chambal near the village of Rameshwar in Sawai Madhopur District.

Q. - Which district are taking benefit of this?
Answer -  Ajmer, Jaipur & Tonk.

Q. - There is any dispute regarding distribution of water?
Answer - Sorry sir, I have no idea.
Saini Sir to me -  Its like Krishna River Water Dispute.

Q. - There is any difference between Freedom struggle fighter approach at National level or Rajasthan?
Answer - No.
